No commitment. The association does not exist yet — you are signing up for the founding, not for a subscription. Nothing is debited, and one informal email takes you off this list again.

What you bring (optional)

I agree that my details may be stored in preparation for founding the association and used to contact me. I can withdraw this at any time, informally. Details in the privacy notice. *

No account, no payment, nothing passed to third parties. You get an automatic receipt by email straight away.

Rather not use a form? Just email kontakt@livemusik-herdecke.org with “count me in” and your name. That is entirely enough. Or call +49 2330 12676.

What happens next

Straight away: an automatic receipt to your address — then a personal reply
Founding assembly: Monday, 2 November 2026, 6 pm — venue by email
You get the draft statutes to read beforehand, not in the room
At the assembly it is adopted, elected and signed
Only after that — registration and a resolution on dues — are there any dues

What we do with your data

The form emails your details to us and a copy to you; nothing is kept on the server. We use your name, email and, if given, phone number and your note solely to talk to you about the founding. Nothing is passed on, there is no newsletter service and no advertising. If the association does not come about, or if you withdraw, the entry is deleted.

If you are a musician: membership is not the route to a booking. Enquiries about playing go to the for musicians page — different information, different answer.
